How to book a room at Gore Kids Hub:
1. If you have booked a room before
  • Click on "Make a Booking" and book online
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Our online booking system will guide your through the process
2. If you have not booked a room before ... Or you need help to book
  • Email admin@gorekidshub.org.nz with your details
  • Include your room requirements and booking request
  • You will receive a booking confirmation 
  • You will receive instructions how to book online next time 
 3. If you have not booked a room before ... But you are confident to book
  • Click on "Make a Booking" and then click "Sign in as Guest"
  • Enter your email and create a password
  • Make your booking using our online booking system
  • You will receive a booking conformation

A great place to hold your Meeting, Event or Kids Birthday Party

Parents Centre: From meetings to conferences and everything in between – comfortably fits 60 seated conference style, or use the couches for a more informal setting.  Projector and full kitchen facilities available.
Playcentre: Perfect for your child’s birthday party with full kitchen facilities included.  Hire Toy Library toys to give the kids even more things to do. Pay $20 when you book the Playcentre for a party and get some toys for the party.
Conference Room: Ideal environment for a private meeting, comfortable surroundings, tea and coffee facilities include, projector and laptop connections available also. Conference room holds 12 people.
Consultation Room: Private consultation room for discussion, consultation, physical examination or massage. Facilities include hot and cold water, seats, patient bed/table and access to tea and coffee making facilities.
The Gore Kids Hub is ideally located near the Gore Multisports Complex. There are a variety of rooms available to suit your needs at affordable prices and good parking facilities. Our experienced team will be available to help you every step of the way and answer any questions you might have.
