Playcentre

At Gore Playcentre children and their families play and learn together, developing skills and relationships that last a lifetime.

At Playcentre we believe in learning through play. We offer a wide range of outdoor and indoor activities such as playdough, paint, jigsaw puzzles, messy play, climbing equipment and more.

Children are encouraged in their interests and challenged to try new areas of play, that they're not normally be confident with. Our ECE trained educator along with parent guides support children in their learning and play.

... adults and children are encouraged to play, work, learn and grow together. Playcentre creates a sense of belonging as families share responsibilities and decision making.

We also offer opportunities to extend your own life skills. Our NZQA accredited programme, provided for adults within Playcentre, supports the informal learning that takes place in the Centre. Become part of a fun, vibrant community, where friendship and a sense of belonging is at the heart of everything we do.
