Fundraising | The Toy Library is a non-profit, volunteer run organisation & as such the operating costs are approximately $10,000 annually. Membership fees cover approx. half of this cost & the rest of the money is fundraised through events & activities organised by the Committee. There is an average of one Toy Library Fundraiser and two Kids Hub Fundraisers per year that members are expected to participate in. If you would not like to be involved in fundraising, please help with Wednesday night duty instead.
Privacy Act | I understand that these details will be added to the Toy Library membership list and used only by the Committee for the Toy Library business.
Liability Clause | I hereby assume complete and full responsibility for any and all injuries to any person or persons which result in whole or in part from using the toys I borrow from the Gore Toy Library. I hereby release the Toy Library from any and all responsibility in respect of any injuries so sustained either outside or on the premises. I accept responsibility to treat toys with respect and ensure that they are clean upon return of loan. I acknowledge I will be liable for charges incurred if an item is damaged or lost during the loan period.
