Gore Kids Hub offers venue hire for any occasion to accommodate a range of events such as Birthday Parties, Family Events, Meetings, Seminars, Courses and more...

The Gore Kids Hub is conveniently located near the Gore Multisports Complex. There are a variety of rooms available to suit your needs at affordable prices and good parking facilities. Our experienced team will be available to help you every step of the way and answer any questions you might have. 

Parents Centre

From meetings to conferences and everything in between* – comfortably fits 60 seated conference style, or use the couches for a more informal setting.  Projector and full kitchen facilities available.

Conference Room

Ideal environment for a private meeting with comfortable surroundings. Tea and coffee facilities available as well as projector and laptop connections. The Conference room holds 12 people.

Playcentre

Perfect for your child’s birthday party with full kitchen facilities included.  Hire Toy Library toys for an additional $25 to give the kids even more things to do. 
The public playground is joined onto Playcentre and is an added value to any party hire.

Consultation Room

Private consultation room for discussion, consultation, physical examination or massage. Facilities include hot and cold water, seats, patient bed/table and access to tea and coffee making facilities.

Booked before?

1. If you have booked a room before

  • Click on "Make a Booking" and book online

  • Enter your email address and password

  • Our online booking system will guide your through the process

  • Please under the description field include some form of contact information - email address or phone number. 

First time booking

2. If you have not booked a room before ... Or you need help to book

  • Email admin@gorekidshub.org.nz with your details

  • Include your room requirements and booking request

  • You will receive a booking confirmation 

NOTE: When making a booking please make sure you add a contact name, email address, phone number and let us know which room you would like to book, times and date/s.
